These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.skipsna.lv (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital and physical products and services provided by SIA Telos K (“Company”). By using the Website and placing orders, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.       GENERAL AGREEMENT SIA Telos K, registration No: LV40003544162, address: Anniņmuižas bulvāris 28-33, LV-1067, Rīga, Latvia, provides digital and physical goods and services through the Website. These include but are not limited to online courses, digital downloads, coaching, physical artworks, and print-on-demand items.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and relevant EU regulations, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation regarding distance agreements.

The purchase agreement is considered concluded upon payment confirmation.

2.       PRIVACY We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is used for account creation, order processing, service provision, and marketing (with user consent). We may share minimal data with our partners (e.g., delivery or payment providers) as required.

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Website, including artworks, texts, images, and downloadable materials, is protected by copyright. Copyrights belong to the creator, Kristine Skipsna-Halblaiba. No content may be copied, distributed, or used without express permission.

• PRICING AND PAYMENT All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is accepted via Stripe and PayPal. Prices and availability may change without notice. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

• DELIVERY POLICY Digital products are delivered immediately via email/download link upon payment confirmation. Physical artworks and merchandise are shipped via selected couriers. Estimated delivery time and cost are indicated during the order process. We ship physical products within the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically between 5–14 business days.
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• RETURNS POLICY Returns are accepted for physical products in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, except for personalized or made-to-order artworks.
  Digital products are non-refundable once download or access has begun.

• USER RESPONSIBILITIES Users must use the Website lawfully. Any attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the Website or its content is prohibited.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SIA Telos K is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Liability is limited to the value of the order placed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, or force majeure.

• DISPUTE RESOLUTION All disputes shall be governed by Latvian law and resolved by Latvian courts. Consumers may also apply to the local Consumer Rights Protection Centre or data protection authority as appropriate.

• THIRD PARTY LINKS We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked from our site.

• CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• FORCE MAJEURE We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
